I'm just seeing your blog for the first time (Zemanta hooked us up!) and I thought this was a particularly good entry. You guys are really putting the effort in to be sustainable - it's very impressive.

I also really liked your post about using Coach Wooden's pyramid for your team, even though it's not a sport team at all!

I had the pleasure of hearing Coach Wooden speak at an ISpa conference in Las Vegas a few years ago, and his words were really moving. His principals and believe system really apply to all of us in many different ways. I purchased his book for my two sons and read the book myself. I found it very inspiring and chose to share it with my staff. I think they all enjoyed his pyramid as well. Thank you for your comment
